Full Description

Comprises records of certification of compliance, installer's statement, commissioning test report and a systems check list, followed by 36 sets of triplicate logbook report sheets printed on self-carbon paper with the top and second sheets perforated, 12 single detector test record sheets fixed penultimate in the book, and 24 duplicate alarm or fault signal response record sheets printed on self-carbon paper with the top copy perforated. The back cover incorporates a backing sheet for use with the self-carbon paper record sheets. It has a life of three years.
