Full Description

Specifies the dimensions of elastomeric O-rings used for sealing components against the ingress of contaminants and the egress of fluids under dynamic and static conditions, and the dimensions of O-ring housings with and without anti-extrusion back-up washers. It is based on the former AS B320 and has been extended to include the range of O-rings specified in SAE Aerospace Standard AS 568A. Groove dimensions for static and dynamic applications for both internal and external pressures are specified, and information on parallel tube fitting boss gaskets is included.
