Full Description

Provides guidance on the collection of reliability data on the field performance of electronic components, equipment and systems to provide data for the comparison of actual and predicted reliability, the improvement of achieved reliability, and the derivation of availability and maintainability information. The Standard can be applied to any other field of engineering for which such data are requested. Technically identical with IEC 362.
