Specifies requirements for the design and construction of steel pipelines and associated piping components that are used to transmit single phase and multiphase hydrocarbon fluids. Applies where the temperature of a fluid is within the range of -30 degrees C to 200 degrees C, and either the maximum allowable operating pressure is more than 1050 kPa or the hoop stress exceeds 20% of the specified minimum yield.
