Full Description

This Standard deals with the safety of electric room heaters, their rated voltage being not more than 250 V for single phase and 480 V for other appliances for household and similar purposes. Appliances intended to be used by laymen in shops, in light industry and on farms, are also within the scope of this standard. Amendment 1 applies to the Foreword, Clauses 2, 7.1, 7.6, 7.12, 7.12.1, 7.14, 11.2, 19, 21, 22 and Annexes.
